1. Remove wrapped cake from cardboard shipper and Styrofoam.
2. To store for future use place wrapped cake in freezer.
3. To defrost, remove plastic seal and white cardboard collar. Defrost in refrigerator for at least 5 or 6 hours.
4. Unused portion can be kept refrigerated for 3-5 days or re-wrapped and placed in the freezer for future enjoyment.
